The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcelo Pombal got free with Jefferson Soeiro in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Jefferson Soeiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 21 played minutes Aricura AD got a freekick which was hit by Jano Martins. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus de Brito in the 25th minute of play forced Aricura AD's goalkeeper Jefferson Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jefferson Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus de Brito in the 27th minute of the match. Jano Martins kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Marcelo Pombal's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Jefferson Soeiro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Marcelo Pombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Jefferson Soeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46thth minute of the game Marcus de Brito who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aricura AD's Jefferson Soeiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Marcus de Brito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jefferson Soeiro was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

Jano Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean Porto having to interfere. If Marcus de Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Marcus de Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Tibúrcio Esteves fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aricura AD's protests and gave Tibúrcio Esteves a yellow card for diving instead. Ribeirao FC's Marcelo Pombal got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Marcelo Pombal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jefferson Soeiro was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Gonçalo Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Jean Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
