If Gonçalo Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aricura AD's Jefferson Soeiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Aricura AD from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valdo Donatello got free with Jefferson Soeiro in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute, Gonçalo Faria made a precise shot to the right of Nando Fontes. Muleke Travesso MZB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Luiz Gustavo Ribeiro took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Jefferson Soeiro to make any attempt to save it. After 29 minutes, Ricardinho Aparecido mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Muleke Travesso MZB and the Aricura AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Muleke Travesso MZB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardinho Aparecido to maneuver through the defense. Marco Hermes scored 1-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nando Fontes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 43rd minute of the match Giovani Meira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nando Fontes skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Valdo Donatello managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Muleke Travesso MZB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdo Donatello was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Gonçalo Faria struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Nando Fontes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aricura AD. Marco Hermes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nando Fontes was a little too slow when Marco Hermes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 1-4. Nando Fontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonçalo Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Luiz Gustavo Ribeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Hermes in the 91st minute of play forced Muleke Travesso MZB's goalkeeper Nando Fontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nando Fontes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonçalo Faria in the 92nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Aricura AD's zone, Luiz Gustavo Ribeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jefferson Soeiro came out of the goal and Luiz Gustavo Ribeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Aricura AD could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Muleke Travesso MZB throughout the match.
