Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Renan Hoffmann got the match started through his kick off. Elder Gomes scored 1-0 in the 2nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cláudio Koehler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 5th minute, Renan Hoffmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 17 played minutes Petrovina got a freekick which was hit by André Luiz Bittencourt. In the 19th minute, André Luiz Bittencourt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vladimir Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan Hoffmann in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to Petrovina getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Cristiano Rezende hit a great ball. Cláudio Koehler was a little too slow when Percival Travassos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 2-0. After 33 played minutes Petrovina got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Rezende. Petrovina's Cristiano Rezende quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eurico Pombal, made in the 43rd minute of the game. When Renan Hoffmann came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Petrovina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Renan Hoffmann couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Petrovina's zone, Elder Gomes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cláudio Koehler came out of the goal and Elder Gomes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Cláudio Koehler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Percival Travassos in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Morgado booed when Petrovina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristiano Rezende didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celso Viana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Koehler having to interfere. Morgado's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Roger Prata in the 68th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Petrovina's goalie and right to Eurico Pombal. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Petrovina's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Renan Hoffmann received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vladimir Moura came out and tried to block the shot, but Renan Hoffmann slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 79th minute. Elder Gomes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Cláudio Koehler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Morgado were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Petrovina to leave the ground with a draw.
