Predadores Fatais FC's Gil Albuquerque got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Pontes in the 10th minute of play forced Predadores Fatais FC's goalkeeper Osmar Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Itapitanga SS's Leonardo Pontes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Osmar Arruda. Osmar Arruda yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Chico Toscano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugênio Loyola in the 16th minute of the match. Gil Albuquerque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Toscano having to interfere. Chico Toscano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugênio Loyola, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Chico Toscano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugênio Loyola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Predadores Fatais FC's Osmar Arruda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Predadores Fatais FC from getting a goal against them. Osmar Arruda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Ferreira in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonardo Pontes was the one to do the kick off. Eugênio Loyola struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Chico Toscano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Predadores Fatais FC. Leonardo Pontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Osmar Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Predadores Fatais FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Pontes came free, but Osmar Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Itapitanga SS getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Maurício Branco hit a great ball. After 66 minutes of play, Predadores Fatais FC's Gil Albuquerque made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chico Toscano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luiz Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osmar Arruda having to interfere. Predadores Fatais FC's Osmar Arruda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Ferreira in the 80th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonardo Pontes in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osmar Arruda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
