Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edinho Sampaio started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Gaturamo AD's goal looked a bit too open when Vito Cardoso came free, but Leandro Seco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaturamo AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edinho Sampaio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Edinho Sampaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Zelandia's goalkeeper Edinho Cordeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edinho Sampaio. Luciano Pinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Edinho Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zelandia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edson Baiano was the one to do the kick off. Luciano Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Leandro Seco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vito Cardoso in the 60th minute. After a rather tough play, Gaturamo AD's Wilton Montenegro got a free kick in the 61st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Vito Cardoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zelandia's supporters rose to their feet, but Vito Cardoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leandro Seco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edson Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Zelandia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
