Fred Viana kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. When Amaniu's Anísio Maranhense in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Iwamoto FC - Reformulação's goalie prevented a goal. Dorian Gaspar came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Amaniu's Chiquinho Mazza. But to his dismay, Chiquinho Mazza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Anísio Maranhense's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorian Gaspar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. When Amaniu's Anísio Maranhense in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Iwamoto FC - Reformulação's goalie prevented a goal. Iwamoto FC - Reformulação were furious when Cléber Meireles was red carded, 28 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Iwamoto FC - Reformulação! Claudinho Vargas placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! When Amaniu's Chiquinho Mazza in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Iwamoto FC - Reformulação's goalie prevented a goal. Chiquinho Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Umberto Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Chiquinho Mazza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Chiquinho Mazza came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Amaniu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chiquinho Mazza couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute of the match Júnior Salgado sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dorian Gaspar skillfully saved the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chiquinho Mazza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Amaniu booed when Iwamoto FC - Reformulação was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilson Marques didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chiquinho Mazza in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dorian Gaspar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chiquinho Mazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Dorian Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 63 minutes, Chiquinho Mazza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amaniu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chiquinho Mazza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Iwamoto FC - Reformulação fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! The score was 1-2 after a penalty in the 68th minute, where Amaniu:s Claudinho Vargas tricked Iwamoto FC - Reformulação:s Dorian Gaspar with a difficult ball by the left post. Dorian Gaspar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anísio Maranhense in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th of the match, Chiquinho Mazza tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Dorian Gaspar got in the way and made a wonderful save. Chiquinho Mazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Dorian Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 79 in the game by Anísio Maranhense from a close distance when the talented Dorian Gaspar managed to make a qualified save. Iwamoto FC - Reformulação's players were relieved. If Chiquinho Mazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dorian Gaspar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chiquinho Mazza in the 83rd minute of play. Chiquinho Mazza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anísio Maranhense couldn't finish the play.
