Macaroca SC's Luiz Fábio Lucas pulled a muscle in his back after 29 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 29 minutes, Kauã da Mata mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rita Pavone Di Pallone and the Macaroca SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 29 minutes into the game, one of Rita Pavone Di Pallone:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Duda Freire came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Macaroca SC's Eliézer Soeiro. But to his dismay, Eliézer Soeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 36 minutes into the match, Macaroca SC's goal looked a bit too open when Renatinho Medeiros came free, but Álvaro Dracena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Álvaro Dracena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Fernando Dionísio in the 37th minute of the match. A collision led to Macaroca SC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Edinho Almeida hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Clemente Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duda Freire having to interfere. Álvaro Dracena stood somewhat misplaced when Renatinho Medeiros came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 59 minute. Alberto Neiva charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alberto Neiva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alberto Neiva hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Renatinho Medeiros who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Álvaro Dracena when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Carlos Fernando Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Bertassi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
