Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edmundo Toledo started the match with the kick off. Telmo Esteves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Leite having to interfere. If Ismael Bueno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, Ceifadores's goalkeeper Silvério Corrêa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natanael Mello. Silvério Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Ceifadores's goalkeeper Silvério Corrêa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurício Rodrigues. In the 20th minute Ramón Meira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvério Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ismael Bueno in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nuno Leite prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 26 minutes, Ismael Bueno made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Nike Brasil's Nuno Leite tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ceifadores's Silvério Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Toledo in the 31st minute of play. Osvaldo da Mata kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Ceifadores's Silvério Corrêa got control of the ball when Maurício Rodrigues tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute, Maurício Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvério Corrêa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 40thth minute of the game Ismael Bueno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nike Brasil's Nuno Leite was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ceifadores's Ismael Bueno in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nike Brasil's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ismael Bueno in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nuno Leite prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ceifadores's Ismael Bueno got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ismael Bueno was the one to do the kick off. Ismael Bueno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nuno Leite read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Ceifadores booed when Nike Brasil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Jacinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nuno Leite made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Tostão Quaresma sent off a good shot on target. Silvério Corrêa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurício Rodrigues in the 63rd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Ismael Bueno took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Nuno Leite to make any attempt to save it. After 72 minutes, Marcelo de Lima mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nike Brasil and the Ceifadores players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ceifadores's Silvério Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurício Rodrigues in the 75th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 78 minutes into the game, when Anderson Tinoco put in a rough tackle. In the 77th minute, one of Ceifadores:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ceifadores. In the 80th minute there was a penalty for Nike Brasil. Zé Paulo Cruz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Silvério Corrêa. 2-3. Telmo Esteves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Leite having to interfere. After 93 played minutes Ceifadores got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo da Mata. Edmundo Toledo scored 3-3 in the 99th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvério Corrêa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
