The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. João de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matheus Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th match minute, Raiders FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Schmidt to maneuver through the defense. In the 12thth minute of the game Kiko Massa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Datas's Daniel Nóbrega was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sebastião Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Daniel Nóbrega managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Raiders FC's Kiko Massa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 21 minutes into the game, Sebastião Neves recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Daniel Nóbrega. Sebastião Neves showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 24th match minute, Raiders FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kiko Massa to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Kiko Massa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kiko Massa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Raiders FC's Kiko Massa in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. João de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Eduardo Velasco in the 42nd minute of the match. The supporters of Raiders FC booed when Datas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dedé Jacinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matheus Varela to make the kick off. Carlos Eduardo Velasco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of João de Carvalho when he managed to save the team from getting behind. João de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matheus Varela in the 57th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kiko Massa in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Nóbrega saved Datas from getting behind. Kiko Massa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Nóbrega read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Eduardo Velasco in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João de Carvalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 69 minutes into the game, Elder Arantes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Datas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Raiders FC the free kick. A collision led to Datas getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Elder Arantes hit a great ball. Osvaldo Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Nóbrega having to interfere. There was no doubt that Raiders FC were the better team. Raiders FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
