Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Caco Seco took the kick off in the first half of the match. Vitinho Teixeira made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Vitinho Silva sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Spartack FC's Augusto Negri got a free kick in the 7th minute. Vitinho Teixeira made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Vitinho Silva sent off a good shot on target. Vitinho Teixeira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Caco Seco showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. Spartack FC's Vitinho Teixeira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Spartack FC from getting a goal against them. Duarte Xavier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vágner de Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Spartack FC's Vânderson Campidelis got a free kick in the 26th minute. Ernesto de Mendonça took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vitinho Teixeira. Spartack FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vágner de Mendonça received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Duarte Xavier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Spartack FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ademar Nogueira hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Botafogo O mais Glorioso's Túlio Dracena tried to score from far away in the 33rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the game, Botafogo O mais Glorioso's Vitinho Silva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vitinho Teixeira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. With a little luck, Spartack FC's Vitinho Teixeira got control of the ball when Vitinho Silva tried to sneak it across the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Spartack FC's goal looked a bit too open when Caco Seco came free, but Vitinho Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vágner de Mendonça made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caco Seco in the 51st minute of play forced Spartack FC's goalkeeper Vitinho Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute Vitinho Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitinho Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitinho Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caco Seco in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vitinho Teixeira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Spartack FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Augusto Negri hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto de Salles in the 64th minute of play forced Spartack FC's goalkeeper Vitinho Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Vitinho Silva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Vitinho Teixeira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 72 minutes into the match, Botafogo O mais Glorioso's goalkeeper Duarte Xavier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vânderson Campidelis. In the 76th minute Caco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitinho Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Fausto de Salles left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Botafogo O mais Glorioso fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Duarte Xavier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vágner de Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After 83 minutes of play, Botafogo O mais Glorioso's Vitinho Silva made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vitinho Teixeira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Célio Arósio scored 5-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Duarte Xavier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fausto de Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Botafogo O mais Glorioso fans cheered their team off the field, for while Spartack FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
