Silvério Vergílio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvério Vergílio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Manuel Cordeiro made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Ronca SS's Aluísio Damião got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 15th minute Leopoldo de Barros collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. Cauan Fontes charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cauan Fontes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th minute, Cauan Fontes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jefferson Penha kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Silvério Vergílio's late challenge caught a Ronca SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvério Vergílio helped the player get up and apologised. Silvério Vergílio hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 24thth minute of the game Renan Mendonça who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marapicu's Albertinho Oliveira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marapicu's Tião Alvarenga got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Silvério Vergílio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrick Lucas kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Tião Alvarenga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Manuel Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Ronca SS's goalkeeper Manuel Cordeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tião Alvarenga. After a defensive mix-up in Marapicu's zone, Renan Mendonça stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albertinho Oliveira came out of the goal and Renan Mendonça tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41stth minute of the game Renan Mendonça who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marapicu's Albertinho Oliveira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Tião Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tião Alvarenga made a kick off. Manuel Cordeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tião Alvarenga in the 55th minute of play. Albertinho Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan Mendonça in the 57th minute of play. Albertinho Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renan Mendonça in the 60th minute of the match. Tião Alvarenga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gualter Moreno charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gualter Moreno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th match minute, Ronca SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualter Moreno to maneuver through the defense. Tião Alvarenga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jonathan de Carvalho fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marapicu's protests and gave Jonathan de Carvalho a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Jonathan de Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronca SS's Manuel Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tião Alvarenga in the 79th minute of play. Silvério Vergílio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Cordeiro having to interfere. After 91 played minutes Marapicu got a freekick which was hit by Silvério Vergílio. When the final whistle went the supporters of Ronca SS were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Marapicu side.
