Angelo Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Nando Vides kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benedito Moreira. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olívio Arruda in the 10th minute of play forced Guairaca's goalkeeper Horácio Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Leudo Fultebol Clube's Nuno de Medeiros got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute, Angelo Cabral fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuno de Medeiros in the 16th minute of play forced Guairaca's goalkeeper Horácio Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Nuno de Medeiros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Horácio Ramos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Horácio Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olívio Arruda, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 23 minutes of play, Leudo Fultebol Clube's Olívio Arruda made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horácio Ramos was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 30 played minutes Guairaca got a freekick which was hit by Ian Mesquita. After a rather tough play, Leudo Fultebol Clube's Samuel Lira got a free kick in the 39th minute. Angelo Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Angelo Cabral to make the kick off. Guairaca's Horácio Ramos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Guairaca from getting a goal against them. Nuno de Medeiros struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Horácio Ramos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leudo Fultebol Clube. After 63 minutes of play, Guairaca's Romário Mazza made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benedito Moreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olívio Arruda came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Horácio Ramos could save by the left post. Angelo Cabral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 79 minutes, Olavo Pires mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guairaca and the Leudo Fultebol Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Guairaca's Olavo Pires got a free kick in the 79th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olívio Arruda got free with Horácio Ramos in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 84th minute, Dadá Leão reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Horácio Ramos. The goal made the score 2-4. Angelo Cabral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Leudo Fultebol Clube's zone, Nando Vides stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedito Moreira came out of the goal and Nando Vides tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olívio Arruda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horácio Ramos having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Angelo Cabral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
