Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edvaldo Cavalcante kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cambarazinho's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Enéas Teles was slow to take the kick. During this time Cruzeirinho SS's players had a chance to rest. Edvaldo Cavalcante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 12 minutes, Samuca Gaúcho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cambarazinho and the Cruzeirinho SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 12 played minutes Cambarazinho got a freekick which was hit by Samuca Gaúcho. Raí Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Augusto Negri having to interfere. After 15 minutes, Vítor Garcia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cambarazinho and the Cruzeirinho SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th match minute, Cambarazinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Garcia to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Enéas Teles fired a really elegant long shot, but José Augusto Negri threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. After a rather tough play, Cruzeirinho SS's Raí Fonseca got a free kick in the 21st minute. Marcelinho Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Arlindo França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rafael Penha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 34 minutes, Raí Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cruzeirinho SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raí Fonseca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rafael Penha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Augusto Negri having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cambarazinho's zone, Rafael Penha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Augusto Negri came out of the goal and Rafael Penha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rafael Penha to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcelinho Teixeira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Arlindo França when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Edvaldo Cavalcante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcelinho Teixeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Arlindo França made a huge save. Aírton Gaúcho kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Marcelinho Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Arlindo França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd match minute, Cruzeirinho SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sérgio Barreto to maneuver through the defense. Edvaldo Cavalcante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the match, Cambarazinho's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Penha came free, but José Augusto Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th match minute, Cruzeirinho SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Fábio Meira to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Hélder Tavares in the 69th minute really tested Arlindo França's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Mané Favoretto hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Marcelinho Teixeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, Cruzeirinho SS's goalkeeper Arlindo França had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelinho Teixeira. Tiago Matorin charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiago Matorin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tiago Matorin kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Cruzeirinho SS's Arlindo França proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Cruzeirinho SS from getting a goal against them. Cruzeirinho SS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
