In the 3rd minute Reinaldo Abraão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinho Botelho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brasa Escola De Craques's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Reinaldo Abraão 8 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. When Cássio Fontes came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Brasa Escola De Craques fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cássio Fontes couldn't finish the play. After 21 minutes, Marquinhos de Mendonça mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brasa Escola De Craques and the Foxes MZC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Claudinho Botelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo José Prado in the 25th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fred Salgado during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th match minute, Brasa Escola De Craques was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Salgado to maneuver through the defense. Thomás França's shot from long distance in the 28th minute was not bad at all, but Brasa Escola De Craques's Claudinho Botelho knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. He Qian Jie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleandro Monteiro in the 30th minute of the match. Luís Vianna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Foxes MZC's zone, Aleandro Monteiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. He Qian Jie came out of the goal and Aleandro Monteiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. He Qian Jie stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aleandro Monteiro's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Willian Ramalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. He Qian Jie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Reinaldo Abraão made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Brasa Escola De Craques booed when Foxes MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Vianna didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Brasa Escola De Craques's João Francisco Damião sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that He Qian Jie narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Brasa Escola De Craques booed when Foxes MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Vianna didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 72 played minutes Brasa Escola De Craques got a freekick which was hit by Willian Ramalho. 74 minutes into the game, Paulo José Prado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Claudinho Botelho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Cássio Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aleandro Monteiro got free with He Qian Jie in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Foxes MZC's He Qian Jie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleandro Monteiro in the 91st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Aleandro Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brasa Escola De Craques's supporters rose to their feet, but Aleandro Monteiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. He Qian Jie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 96 minutes, Cássio Fontes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brasa Escola De Craques's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cássio Fontes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brasa Escola De Craques's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Foxes MZC had won, even though Brasa Escola De Craques had held more of the ball.
