Gloob-Gloob Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aguacerita FC the free kick. In the 17th match minute, Gloob-Gloob Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Brasil to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Aguacerita FC's Ezequiel Luz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Aguacerita FC's Renatinho das Neves got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ezequiel Luz struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Henrique Leal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aguacerita FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Renatinho das Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aguacerita FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Renatinho das Neves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henrique Leal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ezequiel Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Leal having to interfere. Ezequiel Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Henrique Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
