Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) CADAVERIA's Téo Mineiro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bebeto Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Téo Mineiro in the 11th minute of play. Yan Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betinho Vergílio in the 15th minute of play. Yan Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betinho Vergílio, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. When Betinho Vergílio came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Macacos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Betinho Vergílio couldn't finish the play. When Benedito Branco came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Macacos FC fans jumped to their feet. Benedito Branco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yan Vale came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Macacos FC's Betinho Vergílio. But to his dismay, Betinho Vergílio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 39 played minutes CADAVERIA got a freekick which was hit by Geovânio Prestes. Yan Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedito Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Benedito Branco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yan Vale was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. After having played for 44 minutes, Benedito Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Macacos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedito Branco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 46 played minutes, Macacos FC's Ronaldinho Koehler shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yan Vale came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Macacos FC reached it. After the first half Macacos FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedito Branco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benedito Branco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cícero de Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Ismael Ferreira's late challenge caught a Macacos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ismael Ferreira helped the player get up and apologised. After 69 played minutes CADAVERIA got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Ferreira. Betinho Vergílio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Yan Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd match minute, CADAVERIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldemar Matorin to maneuver through the defense. If Betinho Vergílio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 76 minutes, Benedito Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Macacos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedito Branco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yan Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedito Branco in the 79th minute of the match. When Juan Faria fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Macacos FC's protests and gave Juan Faria a yellow card for diving instead. Juan Faria kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hudson Furtado in the 84th minute of play forced Macacos FC's goalkeeper Bebeto Lopes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Hudson Furtado managed to get in a good position for a shot. CADAVERIA's supporters rose to their feet, but Hudson Furtado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bebeto Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yan Vale made an important save on a dangerous shot by Betinho Vergílio in the 92nd minute.
