Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Luiz Eduardo Simão made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Serginho Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Toninho Faria was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Luiz Eduardo Simão capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luiz Eduardo Simão really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Luiz Eduardo Simão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Toninho Faria read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Luiz Eduardo Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Toninho Faria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dinei Fonseca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Toninho Faria having to make a save. Chiquinho do Nascimento struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Toninho Faria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fubeca EC. Wellington de Souza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anísio Furtado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 played minutes Oiticica SS got a freekick which was hit by Anísio Furtado. Chiquinho do Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42ndth minute of the game Luiz Eduardo Simão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oiticica SS's Toninho Faria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aílton Araújo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Wellington de Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serginho Alagoano was shown his second yellow card after 46 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Serginho Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Aílton Araújo made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Luiz Eduardo Simão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toninho Faria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Fubeca EC's goalkeeper Wellington de Souza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aílton Araújo. The audience was convinced that Chiquinho do Nascimento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Toninho Faria was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 74th play minute Aílton Araújo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wellington de Souza. 1-1. In the 96th minute Luiz Eduardo Simão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toninho Faria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Aílton Araújo came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Oiticica SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aílton Araújo couldn't finish the play.
