In the 15th minute Guga Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doni Campidelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doni Campidelis came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Brejinho's Guga Branco. But to his dismay, Guga Branco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Xinxo EC's Doni Campidelis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armindo Rosado in the 20th minute of play. But to his dismay, Armindo Rosado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Doni Campidelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvaldo Linhares, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Digo Lago in the 46th minute of play forced Xinxo EC's goalkeeper Doni Campidelis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 47 minutes of play, Brejinho's Armindo Rosado made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Doni Campidelis was left in no man's land by his defense there!
