Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Dé Nóbrega made the kick off in the second half. Noel Carioca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo de Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Oséas Alagoano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Oséas Alagoano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mansinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Oséas Alagoano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cacá Gonçalves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute of the match, Jairo Proença got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cacá Gonçalves was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 60th minute, Oséas Alagoano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oséas Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cacá Gonçalves having to interfere. Time's Cacá Gonçalves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Time from getting a goal against them. Cacá Gonçalves didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 88th minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. Mansinho's Jairo Proença got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jairo Proença could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Cacá Gonçalves made a huge save. Mansinho's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
