Chiquinho da Silva came out of the goal and Zé Augusto Salgado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 15 minutes into the match, Rafa Leão notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Contrato's Leandro Urbano. Leandro Urbano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 21 minutes into the match, Contrato's goal looked a bit too open when Guilherme de Alcântara came free, but Leandro Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Contrato booed when Bujari AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldo Britto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafa Leão to make the kick off. Ronaldão Medeiros took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Chiquinho da Silva. Bujari AD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Leandro Urbano made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Guilherme de Alcântara sent off a good shot on target. Cauan Rezende charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Contrato's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
