Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ksawery Skirzynski made the kick off and thus started the match. Patrick Branco kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Eliseu Vianna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcelo Matos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélio Capixaba in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Hélio Capixaba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ksawery Skirzynski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Luiz Fernando Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Allan Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ksawery Skirzynski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luiz Fernando Cruz. That made the score 1-0 in the 31 minute of play. Hélio Capixaba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Matos having to interfere. The supporters of Vitória S10 booed when Velha SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Donato didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute, Oscar Donato made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Fernando Cruz. Vitória S10's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eliseu Vianna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ksawery Skirzynski made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Fernando Cruz. Vitória S10's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After 55 minutes, Cláudio Peres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Velha SS and the Vitória S10 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 56 played minutes Velha SS got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio Peres. Luiz Fernando Cruz came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Velha SS's Oscar Donato. But to his dismay, Oscar Donato quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Marcelo Matos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hélio Capixaba in the 62nd minute. Hélio Capixaba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexsandro Salgado took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcelo Matos. Velha SS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Pedro Paulo Torres fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Velha SS's protests and gave Pedro Paulo Torres a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Belmiro Vaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Vitória S10's zone, Oscar Donato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Fernando Cruz came out of the goal and Oscar Donato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dinei Bittencourt's late challenge caught a Vitória S10's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dinei Bittencourt helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Velha SS's Dinei Bittencourt got a free kick in the 96th minute. Marcelo Matos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseu Vianna, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Velha SS had won after a very even match.
