Jonas Ferreira was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Elder da Fonseca. In the 8th minute, Rony Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexsandro Ferraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdo Teles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hauer SS's Jonas Ferreira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Hauer SS from getting a goal against them. When Valdo Teles came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Hauer SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdo Teles couldn't finish the play. José Maria Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jonas Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Téo Trancoso fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hauer SS's protests and gave Téo Trancoso a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, Hauer SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Téo Trancoso to maneuver through the defense. José Maria Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Jonas Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Edgar Dias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Alexsandro Ferraz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 38 minutes into the game, Rony Castro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Demarcacao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hauer SS the free kick. Victor do Nascimento was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 40 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Edgar Dias made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Hauer SS getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Natanael Neves hit a great ball. José Maria Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Jonas Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 56 played minutes Demarcacao got a freekick which was hit by Alan Penha. If Edgar Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Kauã Quaresma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgar Dias struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Alexsandro Ferraz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hauer SS. Valdo Teles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexsandro Ferraz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After 78 played minutes Edgar Dias rounded Demarcacao's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. José Maria Medeiros struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Jonas Ferreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Demarcacao. José Maria Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Ferreira having to interfere. The supporters of Hauer SS booed when Demarcacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rony Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valdo Teles got free with Alexsandro Ferraz in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Hauer SS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hauer SS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
