After a defensive mix-up in Trocadeiro's zone, Silvinho Rodrigues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baltazar Albuquerque came out of the goal and Silvinho Rodrigues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fernandinho Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltazar Albuquerque having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Trocadeiro's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandinho Lopez came free, but Baltazar Albuquerque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Trocadeiro's Baltazar Albuquerque got control of the ball when Silvinho Rodrigues tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fernandinho Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Trocadeiro's Baltazar Albuquerque got control of the ball when Silvinho Rodrigues tried to sneak it across the goal line. Silvinho Rodrigues blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baltazar Albuquerque having to make a save. Silvinho Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltazar Albuquerque having to interfere. Fernandinho Lopez took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baltazar Albuquerque. Baltazar Albuquerque dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 43 minutes into the match, Trocadeiro's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandinho Lopez came free, but Baltazar Albuquerque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Fernandinho Lopez fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Humberto Vargas made a kick off. Fernandinho Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baltazar Albuquerque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvinho Rodrigues in the 59th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Trocadeiro's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandinho Lopez came free, but Baltazar Albuquerque reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aljezur's Silvinho Rodrigues got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Silvinho Rodrigues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Humberto Vargas hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Aljezur were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Trocadeiro's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gustavo Barreto took the corner. The corner ended in Geovani Pontes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Trocadeiro's Baltazar Albuquerque did a great save. 3-0 became the score in the 81st minute when Fernandinho Lopez elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Baltazar Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvinho Rodrigues in the 87th minute of the match. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Trocadeiro's goalkeeper Baltazar Albuquerque, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Baltazar Albuquerque showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvinho Rodrigues in the 92nd minute of the match. Baltazar Albuquerque showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandinho Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vânderson Prata during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Trocadeiro getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Vânderson Prata hit a great ball. Trocadeiro's Baltazar Albuquerque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvinho Rodrigues in the 97th minute of play. There was no doubt that Aljezur were the better team. Aljezur's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
