Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nelsinho Negri took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 16th minute, Sinunga SC's Alberto Baiano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wágner Jacinto. Wágner Jacinto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Enéas Faustino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeferson Urbano having to interfere. Sinunga SC's Jeferson Urbano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelsinho Negri in the 25th minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Guajiru's Nelsinho Negri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeferson Urbano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Nelsinho Negri scored 1-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeferson Urbano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Sinunga SC's zone, Nelsinho Negri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeferson Urbano came out of the goal and Nelsinho Negri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nelsinho Negri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wágner Jacinto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benê Tande in the 39th minute. Wágner Jacinto made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Benê Tande sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alberto Baiano made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Benê Tande had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wágner Jacinto. Guajiru's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benê Tande was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Wágner Jacinto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Baiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 65 in the game by Enéas Faustino from a close distance when the talented Jeferson Urbano managed to make a qualified save. Sinunga SC's players were relieved. A hard shot by Zé Carlos Quirino from long distance, 69 minutes into the match, got Jeferson Urbano's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Enéas Faustino was extremely unlucky when he, in the 76th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Sinunga SC's zone, Enéas Faustino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeferson Urbano came out of the goal and Enéas Faustino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alberto Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Alberto Baiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alberto Baiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Guajiru's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Baiano came free, but Wágner Jacinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Olavo Leite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benê Tande struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Wágner Jacinto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sinunga SC. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
