Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Leonardo Hermes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 8th minute Leonardo Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raí Mineiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Richard Eger during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Richard Eger hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Leonardo Hermes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Lopez having to interfere. Sombreiro's Alfredão Dante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Pimenta in the 18th minute of play. Alfredão Dante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Pimenta in the 24th minute of the match. Richard Eger got his second yellow card in the match during the 25th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Sombreiro getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Richard Eger hit a great ball. Zé Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredão Dante having to interfere. Sombreiro's Alfredão Dante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Sombreiro from getting a goal against them. If Nelson Loureiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Nestor Pimenta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ervalzinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Pimenta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredão Dante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfredão Dante made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Nelson Loureiro sent off a good shot on target. When Leonardo Hermes fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sombreiro's protests and gave Leonardo Hermes a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ervalzinho booed when Sombreiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Hermes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erivaldo da Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Alfredão Dante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nestor Pimenta made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Zé Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ervalzinho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Fernandez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Zé Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ervalzinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Fernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nestor Pimenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredão Dante having to interfere. Raí Mineiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Erivaldo da Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfredão Dante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zé Fernandez went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Nestor Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Alfredão Dante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 87 minutes of play, Ervalzinho's Zé Fernandez made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alfredão Dante was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sombreiro's goalkeeper Alfredão Dante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Raí Mineiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Lopez having to interfere. Ervalzinho walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
