Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wilson Esteves started the match with the kick off. Cafu Alvarenga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Celsinho do Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Betinho Fantini came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Almir Toscano could save by the left post. In the 15th minute, André Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Almir Toscano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilson Esteves in the 17th minute of the match. In the 17th minute of the match, Wilson Esteves tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Almir Toscano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 17 minutes into the game, Marcos Alagoano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flamengo do Cerrado's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moibanda the free kick. Marcos Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. With a little luck, Flamengo do Cerrado's Almir Toscano got control of the ball when Betinho Fantini tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Dé Prata's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celsinho do Vale was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Dé Prata's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celsinho do Vale was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Celsinho do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cafu Alvarenga in the 37th minute of the match. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Flamengo do Cerrado's Cafu Alvarenga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celsinho do Vale narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Almir Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilson Esteves in the 48th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Dé Prata sped through Moibanda's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Celsinho do Vale. If Wilson Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Celsinho do Vale managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Flamengo do Cerrado's Dé Prata fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 60 minutes into the match, Dé Prata had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celsinho do Vale. Moibanda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dé Prata was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. With an all-out effort, Flamengo do Cerrado's Celsinho do Vale threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dé Prata, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Betinho Fantini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Almir Toscano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Flamengo do Cerrado defense, Wilson Esteves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Almir Toscano. The Flamengo do Cerrado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Almir Toscano should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Cafu Alvarenga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Celsinho do Vale. That made the score 1-4 in the 89 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Flamengo do Cerrado's Jean Chaves got a free kick in the 91st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dé Prata in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celsinho do Vale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Flamengo do Cerrado's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
