Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cícero Macedo kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Fabrício Sena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Travassos was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. 13 minutes into the match, Suassurana's goal looked a bit too open when Cícero Macedo came free, but Frank Hoffmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Suassurana getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Gilberto Mineiro hit a great ball. Frank Hoffmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cícero Macedo in the 15th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Marquinhos Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Travassos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osmar Pombal in the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute Cícero Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Travassos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrício Sena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabrício Sena took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juan Travassos. Juan Travassos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Juan Travassos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrício Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Cícero Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Frank Hoffmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabrício Sena was the one to do the kick off. 62 minutes into the match, Sussuapara's Benê Rosado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frank Hoffmann narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Frank Hoffmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cícero Macedo in the 66th minute of the match. Frank Hoffmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cícero Macedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Fabrício Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Travassos having to interfere. Gilberto Mineiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Travassos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sussuapara's zone, Fabrício Sena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Travassos came out of the goal and Fabrício Sena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th play minute Osmar Pombal came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Juan Travassos. 0-2. Fabrício Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Travassos having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabrício Sena in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Travassos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sussuapara's Juan Travassos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrício Sena in the 96th minute of play. The Suassurana players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
