Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edvaldo Netto got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Totoia EC booed when Bodote was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naldo Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mathias Peres got free with Eliézer Seco in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bodote's Eliézer Seco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Bodote from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cláudio Fernandes in the 15th minute of play forced Totoia EC's goalkeeper Agnaldo Favoretto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Bodote's Erasmo Pena got a free kick in the 18th minute. Cláudio Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th play minute Mathias Peres came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Eliézer Seco. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mathias Peres during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mathias Peres kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Agnaldo Favoretto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naldo Amaral in the 35th minute of the match. Agnaldo Favoretto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cláudio Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mathias Peres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Naldo Amaral was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Cláudio Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bodote's supporters rose to their feet, but Cláudio Fernandes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agnaldo Favoretto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eliézer Seco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edvaldo Netto's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Edvaldo Netto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Agnaldo Favoretto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naldo Amaral in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Totoia EC's Albertinho Gerber got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute of the match Elder Moura sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Agnaldo Favoretto skillfully saved the ball. Erasmo Pena hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Agnaldo Favoretto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naldo Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albertinho Gerber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Eliézer Seco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Edvaldo Netto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliézer Seco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute of the match Nuno Bueno sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eliézer Seco skillfully saved the ball.
