Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Benjamin de Brito started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Hugo Varela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agnaldo Marinho went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 19th minute, Benjamin de Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giovani Saldanha got free with Pedro Augusto Couto in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 24 played minutes Brasiliense Esporting Clu got a freekick which was hit by Severino Freitas. Hugo Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agnaldo Marinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinei Fernandez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Augusto Couto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Brasiliense Esporting Clu's Hugo Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin de Brito in the 36th minute of play. If Claudinei Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benjamin de Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Varela having to interfere. In the 45th minute Benjamin de Brito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claudinei Fernandez to make the kick off. Paratudal FC's Agnaldo Marinho got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hugo Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin de Brito in the 56th minute of the match. Claudinei Fernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Augusto Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovani Saldanha in the 65th minute of play. Agnaldo Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the game, Benjamin de Brito lined in a short shot 0-2 behind a frustrated Hugo Varela. A collision led to Paratudal FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Cido Novaes hit a great ball. Jorge Carneiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pedro Augusto Couto. Paratudal FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Giovani Saldanha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinei Fernandez in the 85th minute of play forced Paratudal FC's goalkeeper Pedro Augusto Couto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
