If Rubinho Mazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlando Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesinha de Amaral having to interfere. Willian de Godoy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cesinha de Amaral. Heliodora's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 11th minute, Pedro Sena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute, Rubinho Mazza fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Cesinha de Amaral, passed just outside the right post. 16 minutes into the match, Guayaramerim SC's Rubinho Mazza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cesinha de Amaral narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Walmir Esteves came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Heliodora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walmir Esteves couldn't finish the play. Cesinha de Amaral was a little too slow when Orlando Santos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Waldir Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesinha de Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Santos in the 25th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Heliodora's Cássio Montenegro tried to score from far away in the 27th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Cássio Montenegro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for José Paulo Lucas. Guayaramerim SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Walmir Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. José Paulo Lucas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Santos struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Cesinha de Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guayaramerim SC. Guilherme Catarinense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. José Paulo Lucas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rubinho Mazza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Orlando Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Raúl Loyola's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but José Paulo Lucas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. If Walmir Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 56 played minutes Guayaramerim SC got a freekick which was hit by Willian de Godoy. After a rather tough play, Guayaramerim SC's Waldir Mendes got a free kick in the 59th minute. Guayaramerim SC's Rubinho Mazza got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Walmir Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Heliodora's supporters rose to their feet, but Walmir Esteves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Paulo Lucas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. José Paulo Lucas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guilherme Catarinense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juvenal Secco struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Cesinha de Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guayaramerim SC. In the 90th minute of the match, Guilherme Catarinense tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but José Paulo Lucas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 95th minute Orlando Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesinha de Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guayaramerim SC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Heliodora for a fine match.
