Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes Morais AD got a freekick which was hit by Evandro Carvalho. Evandro Carvalho was in a good position and ended up with the ball after Morais AD's free kick, but he didn't get a good hit on the ball and blazed it high and to the right of the goal. If Wilson Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8th match minute, Ruestao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wellington Goiano to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute of the match Morais AD got a corner. Ruestao's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leandro Neto ran over to the corner to take the kick. Morais AD's Leandro Neto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eduardo Pires in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Eduardo Pires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evandro Carvalho in the 19th minute of the match. Edgar Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After 34 played minutes, Morais AD's Natanael Meirelles shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eduardo Pires came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Morais AD reached it. Eduardo Pires came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Morais AD's Wilson Alvarenga. But to his dismay, Wilson Alvarenga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Morais AD booed when Ruestao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eurico Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 minutes of play, Morais AD's Wilson Alvarenga made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eduardo Pires was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Ruestao players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Morais AD were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Norberto Ceresso was the one to do the kick off. If Geraldo Palmeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 62 minutes, Doriva Andrade mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Morais AD and the Ruestao players grew even worse after the yellow card. Doriva Andrade hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Pedro Luiz Couto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benjamim Luz. Morais AD's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Natanael Meirelles hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Norberto Ceresso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Benjamim Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamim Luz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geraldo Palmeira in the 71st minute of the match. Wilson Alvarenga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Eduardo Pires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 79 minutes, Norberto Ceresso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ruestao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norberto Ceresso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geraldo Palmeira struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Benjamim Luz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ruestao. Norberto Ceresso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamim Luz having to interfere. Eduardo Pires came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Morais AD's Wilson Alvarenga. But to his dismay, Wilson Alvarenga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Morais AD eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
