Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Clóvis de Lara took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Burrego's Eliézer Melo got a free kick in the 6th minute. Clóvis de Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tiaguinho Xavier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Viana, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute, Riberalta's Nelson Gaúcho seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nelson Gaúcho the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Riberalta protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nelson Gaúcho had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 19th minute, one of Riberalta:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Riberalta. In the 29th minute of the match Cléberson Netto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dagoberto Garcia skillfully saved the ball. Kaká Souto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tiago Dante hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. If Clóvis de Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ismael Viana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho Xavier having to interfere. Clóvis de Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mazinho Cearense to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Riberalta's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Xavier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Riberalta's Mazinho Cearense got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clóvis de Lara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mazinho Cearense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dagoberto Garcia having to interfere. Burrego's Clóvis de Lara managed to work through Riberalta's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Clóvis de Lara dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. If Ismael Viana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Burrego's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
