Eliézer Ferraz hit a great ball. Benê Leão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benê Leão struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Jorge de Andrade didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juliao SC. If Deivid Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benê Leão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge de Andrade having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Cipoal's goal looked a bit too open when Benê Leão came free, but Jorge de Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deivid Costa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Jorge de Andrade when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tiago Gabriel de Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge de Andrade having to interfere. Benê Leão succeeded in the game's 28th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Cipoal's zone, Benê Leão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge de Andrade came out of the goal and Benê Leão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 34 minutes, Deivid Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Juliao SC and the Cipoal players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 34 played minutes Juliao SC got a freekick which was hit by Deivid Costa. Jorge de Andrade was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Benê Leão showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 36 minute of play. If Deivid Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cipoal's Jorge de Andrade proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Cipoal from getting a goal against them. Jorge de Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benê Leão in the 45th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Benê Leão recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jorge de Andrade. Benê Leão showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benê Leão in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge de Andrade saved Cipoal from getting behind. Benê Leão took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorge de Andrade. Jorge de Andrade dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 60th minute, Eurico Linares left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Juliao SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Benê Leão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Benê Leão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge de Andrade was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Juliao SC's Benê Leão got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 74 minutes into the game, one of Cipoal:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Deivid Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge de Andrade having to interfere. Jorge de Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benê Leão in the 82nd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Juliao SC's Benê Leão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorge de Andrade made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Benê Leão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Jorge de Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge de Andrade came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Juliao SC's Benê Leão. But to his dismay, Benê Leão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 99th minute Deivid Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge de Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Juliao SC fully deserved thier win.
