João Vítor Xavier struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Leandro Neves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matozinhos. Leandro Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Vítor Xavier in the 15th minute of the match. João Vítor Xavier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Leandro Neves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valdomiro Teles in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leandro Neves saved real 17 from getting behind. When Matozinhos's João Vítor Xavier in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye real 17's goalie prevented a goal. Matozinhos's Luisinho Faria proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Matozinhos from getting a goal against them. Leandro Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Vítor Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Giovani Toledo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Vítor Xavier might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leandro Neves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. João Vítor Xavier ran back to his position shaking his head. Valdomiro Teles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hélio Loureiro's late challenge caught a Matozinhos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hélio Loureiro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd match minute, real 17 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélio Loureiro to maneuver through the defense. Leandro Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdomiro Teles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leandro Neves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valdomiro Teles went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Matozinhos's João Vítor Xavier got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. João Vítor Xavier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

real 17's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when João Vítor Xavier scored to the left of an out of position Leandro Neves, making the score, 0-2. Mathias Toscano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. real 17's Leandro Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Vítor Xavier in the 73rd minute of play. Leandro Neves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Matozinhos's Luisinho Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathias Toscano in the 92nd minute of play. With a little luck, real 17's Leandro Neves got control of the ball when Valdomiro Teles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matozinhos's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
