In the 16th match minute, Curatis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sabino Hermes to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the game, Alessandro Seco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Oscar Porto. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Porto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 75th minute, Sabino Hermes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ismael Santana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Porto having to interfere.
