After 10 played minutes Capituva FC got a freekick which was hit by Agenor Mesquita. In the 12th minute João Adolfo Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Mandrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, one of MetalSlug Forever Team:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 16th minute, Chicão Secco reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ulysses Britto. The goal made the score 1-0. Ramón Fontes took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oséas Mandrak. Oséas Mandrak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Capituva FC's Oséas Mandrak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramón Fontes in the 25th minute of play. João Adolfo Bezerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oséas Mandrak having to interfere. Oséas Mandrak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Adolfo Bezerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mathias Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulysses Britto having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvério Pirani during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Capituva FC's Silvério Pirani got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the match, João Adolfo Bezerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oséas Mandrak. Capituva FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Adolfo Bezerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Mathias Antunes made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Capituva FC's Silvério Pirani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ulysses Britto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Thanks to some nice moves Ramón Fontes could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Oséas Mandrak however easily saved by the left post. 60 minutes into the match, MetalSlug Forever Team's João Adolfo Bezerra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oséas Mandrak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ramón Fontes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute, João Adolfo Bezerra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oséas Mandrak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramón Fontes in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Pirani in the 75th minute of play forced MetalSlug Forever Team's goalkeeper Ulysses Britto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramón Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvério Pirani in the 87th minute of play forced MetalSlug Forever Team's goalkeeper Ulysses Britto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulysses Britto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvério Pirani, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
