The supporters of Estrema booed when Corinthians was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovani Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Corinthians's goalkeeper Álvaro Ortiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amador Roland. Rudolf Eiramdzhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Álvaro Ortiz having to interfere. Estrema's Rudolf Eiramdzhan got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luizão Rosado took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 14th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Álvaro Ortiz. Corinthians's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Corinthians's Álvaro Ortiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Corinthians from getting a goal against them. Estrema's Amador Roland got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 20 minutes into the match, Corinthians's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Eiramdzhan came free, but Álvaro Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 32 minutes, Amador Roland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Estrema's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amador Roland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rudolf Eiramdzhan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Álvaro Ortiz came out and tried to block the shot, but Rudolf Eiramdzhan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 35th minute. Álvaro Ortiz was a little too slow when Rudolf Eiramdzhan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rudolf Eiramdzhan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rudolf Eiramdzhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Álvaro Ortiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Estrema's Amador Roland got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute Rudolf Eiramdzhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Ortiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rudolf Eiramdzhan might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Álvaro Ortiz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rudolf Eiramdzhan ran back to his position shaking his head. When Estrema's Amador Roland in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Corinthians's goalie prevented a goal. 85 minutes into the match, Corinthians's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Eiramdzhan came free, but Álvaro Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Corinthians's Álvaro Ortiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudolf Eiramdzhan in the 87th minute of play. Álvaro Ortiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudolf Eiramdzhan in the 92nd minute of the match. Estrema walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
