Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Luiz Gustavo Trigo got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaltino de Azevedo in the 2nd minute of play forced Sobreiro FC's goalkeeper Vito Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Doriva Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Célio Ribeiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vito Moreira. Sobreiro FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, Luiz Gustavo Trigo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Reynaldo Sabóia. Luiz Gustavo Trigo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Luiz Gustavo Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Reynaldo Sabóia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pucazeiro EC's Nicolas Tasso got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the game, Frederico Dracena was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pucazeiro EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sobreiro FC the free kick. After 35 played minutes Pucazeiro EC got a freekick which was hit by Frederico Dracena. If Luiz Gustavo Trigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vito Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvaldo Quaresma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edvaldo Quaresma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Vito Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edvaldo Quaresma to strike the kick off in the second half. Isaltino de Azevedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Vito Moreira made a huge save. Isaltino de Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edvaldo Quaresma was extremely unlucky when he, in the 61st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When Pucazeiro EC's Edvaldo Quaresma in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sobreiro FC's goalie prevented a goal. Luiz Gustavo Trigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Reynaldo Sabóia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sobreiro FC's zone, Isaltino de Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vito Moreira came out of the goal and Isaltino de Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 74 minutes into the game, Doriva Prestes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sobreiro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pucazeiro EC the free kick. In the 74th match minute, Sobreiro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doriva Prestes to maneuver through the defense. Edvaldo Quaresma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vito Moreira having to interfere. When Isaltino de Azevedo came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Pucazeiro EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaltino de Azevedo couldn't finish the play. Walmir Vides hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute of the match Donatello Souza shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vito Moreira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 97th minute of the match Pucazeiro EC got a corner. Sobreiro FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. José Barral ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Pucazeiro EC's corner José Barral fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vito Moreira quite easily take care of the ball. Pucazeiro EC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Sobreiro FC had won, even though Pucazeiro EC had held more of the ball.
