Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tonhão Martinez kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd match minute, Pitombos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilian Pitta to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roger Campidelis during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Roger Campidelis hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Tonhão Martinez struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Fernando Maciel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buritama FC. Jano Matorin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Fernando Maciel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Willian Rosado during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 played minutes Pitombos got a freekick which was hit by Willian Rosado. In the 20th minute, Anthony Martinez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 25 minutes of play, Buritama FC's Tonhão Martinez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fernando Maciel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juvenal Breckenfeld sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Buritama FC's Tony Martinez got control of the ball when Edson França tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tonhão Martinez in the 34th minute of play forced Pitombos's goalkeeper Fernando Maciel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Juvenal Breckenfeld had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernando Maciel. Pitombos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juvenal Breckenfeld was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Juvenal Breckenfeld recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tonhão Martinez in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Maciel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jano Matorin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When Tonhão Martinez came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Buritama FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tonhão Martinez couldn't finish the play. Tony Martinez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilian Pitta, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Tony Martinez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilian Pitta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Buritama FC's Jano Matorin got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernando Maciel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Saraiva in the 70th minute of play. Juvenal Breckenfeld's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fernando Maciel firmly grabbed it by the left post. Wilian Pitta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Wilian Pitta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80thth minute of the game Tonhão Martinez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pitombos's Fernando Maciel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jano Matorin hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Jano Matorin fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. Joel-Benjamin Rutkowski charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel-Benjamin Rutkowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th minute there was a penalty for Pitombos. Custódio Guedes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tony Martinez. 1-2. Jano Matorin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Maciel having to interfere. Buritama FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
