Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Parica EC's Chico Montenegro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Chico Montenegro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nilmar Matorin. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. When Emerson Antunes fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Graminea SC's protests and gave Emerson Antunes a yellow card for diving instead. Geovanni Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Nilmar Matorin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Chico Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilmar Matorin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geovanni Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Graminea SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Chico Montenegro scored to the left of an out of position Nilmar Matorin, making the score, 2-0. Osmar Alagoano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Dinei da Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Chico Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Osmar Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinei da Costa having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Chico Montenegro took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Nilmar Matorin to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Osmar Alagoano made a kick off. After 55 played minutes Parica EC got a freekick which was hit by Geovanni Teixeira. If Osmar Alagoano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geovanni Teixeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 63 played minutes, Parica EC's Ricardo Luz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nilmar Matorin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Parica EC reached it. In the 65th minute Geovanni Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilmar Matorin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Graminea SC's Nilmar Matorin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chico Montenegro in the 72nd minute of play. In the 78th minute, Luisinho Peixoto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The goalkeeper, Dinei da Costa, was totally fooled by Graminea SC's Paulo Renato Toledo, who 82 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 87th minute, Geraldo Perez made a precise shot to the right of Nilmar Matorin. Graminea SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Dinei da Costa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luisinho Peixoto went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. Parica EC's Dinei da Costa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 100th minute of the match, managed to save Parica EC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Parica EC had won after a very even match.
