Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Rogério Gonçalves started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 5 minutes into the match, Diabos Vermelhos's Dinei Senna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victor da Cunha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amílton Peixoto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Carioca having to interfere. Victor da Cunha was a little too slow when Rogério Gonçalves got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-0. Osasco's Victor da Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogério Gonçalves in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 23 minutes, Dinei Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diabos Vermelhos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dinei Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 25 minutes into the match, Amílton Peixoto notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Diabos Vermelhos's Dida Carioca. Dida Carioca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lucas Félix hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Raí da Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Umberto Guimarães during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dida Carioca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amílton Peixoto in the 41st minute of play. In the 47th minute, Dinei Senna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor da Cunha was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Raí da Fonseca made the kick off in the second half. Victor da Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dinei Senna in the 54th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rogério Gonçalves in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor da Cunha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Dinei Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Osasco fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! In the 79th minute, Amílton Peixoto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Diabos Vermelhos's Dida Carioca got control of the ball when Lucas Félix tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute, Michel Mesquita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute of the match Álvaro Prestes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victor da Cunha skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amílton Peixoto got free with Dida Carioca in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
