Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eusébio de Lima in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Martins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. João Paulo de Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Fernandinho Alagoano fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pendanga's protests and gave Fernandinho Alagoano a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Pendanga's Fernandinho Alagoano got a free kick in the 6th minute. Lagedinho's João Paulo de Moraes got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristian Martins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Paulo de Moraes, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute João Paulo de Moraes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Martins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio de Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eusébio de Lima came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Lagedinho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio de Lima couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Lagedinho booed when Pendanga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juninho Dante didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pendanga's Cristian Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio de Lima in the 19th minute of play. Abel Loureiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cauan Baiano in the 23rd minute of play. João Paulo de Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Cristian Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, João Paulo de Moraes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristian Martins was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio de Lima in the 37th minute of play forced Pendanga's goalkeeper Cristian Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Paulo de Moraes in the 38th minute of play. Ademar Paraíba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eusébio de Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Martins came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Lagedinho's Eusébio de Lima. But to his dismay, Eusébio de Lima quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. João Paulo de Moraes was the one to do the kick off. Pendanga's Cristian Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Paulo de Moraes in the 54th minute of play. Ademar Paraíba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Abel Loureiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusébio de Lima got free with Cristian Martins in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Pendanga's Cristian Martins got control of the ball when Eusébio de Lima tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that João Paulo de Moraes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Martins was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Lagedinho's João Paulo de Moraes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristian Martins. That made the score 0-3 after 68 minutes of play. 77 minutes into the game, José Vítor Esteves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pendanga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lagedinho the free kick. Cristian Martins came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Lagedinho's Cristiano Tasso. But to his dismay, Cristiano Tasso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. João Paulo de Moraes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cristian Martins having to make a save. 91 minutes into the match, Pendanga's goal looked a bit too open when João Paulo de Moraes came free, but Cristian Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Paulo de Moraes in the 93rd minute of play. The Lagedinho players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
