In the 35th minute, Róbson do Valle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Macahe SS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Natã Fontes to strike the kick off in the second half. The coaching staff of Teotonio SC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Fábio Cerezo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Teotonio SC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Macahe SS:s goal. Macahe SS's Teodoro Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duda de Mendonça in the 69th minute of play. Róbson do Valle struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Celsinho Motta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Macahe SS. Duda de Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Neto having to interfere. In the 78th minute Jano Bueno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celsinho Motta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Teotonio SC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Hermínio Bueno hit a great ball. If Róbson do Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Teotonio SC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Macahe SS were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
