Lopes's goalkeeper Orlando Massa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Giovanni Bastos. If Angelo Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 29 minutes of play, Treviso SS's Giovanni Bastos made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Massa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Giovanni Bastos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Orlando Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giovanni Bastos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Orlando Massa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dionísio de Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Mineiro in the 35th minute of the match. Dionísio de Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Treviso SS's Giovanni Bastos got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, E.C. Lopes's Anselmo Mineiro got a free kick in the 41st minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
Anselmo Mineiro hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Samuca Perez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anselmo Mineiro succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 58th playminute. If Anselmo Mineiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Angelo Messias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Dionísio de Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dionísio de Almeida made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelo Messias in the 74th minute. The supporters of Treviso SS booed when E.C. Lopes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adalmo Dantas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Treviso SS's zone, Anselmo Mineiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dionísio de Almeida came out of the goal and Anselmo Mineiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bebeto Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Giovanni Bastos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Treviso SS's Alexandre Viana suffered a sore thigh after 87 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Adalmo Dantas hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Anselmo Mineiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionísio de Almeida having to interfere. E.C. Lopes's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Treviso SS had won, even though E.C. Lopes had held more of the ball.
