Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Bruninho Britto made the kick off and thus started the match. Albertinho Tróia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Umberto Paulista read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Terra in the 6th minute of play forced Agulha FC's goalkeeper Cristian Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruninho Britto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Umberto Paulista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alan Couto during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Agulha FC booed when Teixera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Couto didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Albertinho Tróia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The goalkeeper, Umberto Paulista, was totally fooled by Agulha FC's Raimundo Penha, who 21 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Umberto Paulista came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Agulha FC's Albertinho Tróia. But to his dismay, Albertinho Tróia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Cristian Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Terra, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. José Terra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Cristian Mendonça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Agulha FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Filipe Sergipano hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Alan Couto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Albertinho Tróia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Umberto Paulista made a huge save. Agulha FC's Albertinho Tróia got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when José Terra made the kick off in the second half. Cristian Mendonça made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Alan Couto sent off a good shot on target. Alan Couto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the match, Agulha FC's Bruninho Britto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Umberto Paulista narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristian Mendonça didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alan Couto went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Agulha FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Filipe Sergipano hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Terra in the 62nd minute of play forced Agulha FC's goalkeeper Cristian Mendonça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Mendonça stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Terra's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. José Terra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albertinho Tróia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Umberto Paulista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruninho Britto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Terra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Cristian Mendonça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Agulha FC fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Agulha FC's Albertinho Tróia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Albertinho Tróia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Umberto Paulista having to interfere. Agulha FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
