Gil de Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gildo Cruz having to interfere. If Edinho Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Camassandi AD's Gil de Castro got a free kick in the 34th minute. Agnaldo Veloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Mané Breckenfeld got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Agnaldo Veloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Luiz Cabral having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Camassandi AD's Jean Fernandes got a free kick in the 40th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mané Breckenfeld in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Luiz Cabral saved Camassandi AD from getting behind. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Agnaldo Veloso to strike the kick off in the second half. Arapira's Gildo Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edinho Pinheiro in the 58th minute of play. If Mané Breckenfeld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Luiz Cabral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agnaldo Veloso in the 65th minute of the match. If Edinho Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 68 minutes, Mané Breckenfeld mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arapira and the Camassandi AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee ignored Arapira's protests and gave Frédson Rodrigues a yellow card for diving instead. After 85 played minutes Arapira got a freekick which was hit by Frédson Rodrigues. Gildo Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edinho Pinheiro in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Camassandi AD's goal looked a bit too open when Agnaldo Veloso came free, but André Luiz Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mané Breckenfeld got free with André Luiz Cabral in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the match, Camassandi AD's goalkeeper André Luiz Cabral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mané Breckenfeld. After having played for 94 minutes, Agnaldo Veloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arapira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agnaldo Veloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
