Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hugo Marinho got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute, Raphael Proença ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fábio Fonseca was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manoel Catarinense during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 10 minutes into the game, one of Templarios:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sorocaba SS's Dudu Pena got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sorocaba SS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Filipe Castro was slow to take the kick. During this time Templarios's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Templarios's Filipe Castro to fire away a dangerous shot which Leonardo Albuquerque despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benedito de Souza got free with Fábio Fonseca in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fábio Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Toscano in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 37th minute Juan de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Albuquerque saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot by Wilton Rossi from long distance, 41 minutes into the match, got Fábio Fonseca's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Fábio Fonseca had great luck who in the 43rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Hugo Marinho from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Armindo Fontes made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Templarios got a corner. Sorocaba SS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Filipe Castro ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Templarios's corner Juan de Alcântara fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Leonardo Albuquerque quite easily take care of the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Cristian Miranda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sorocaba SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Templarios the free kick. 60 minutes into the match, Sorocaba SS's goalkeeper Leonardo Albuquerque had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armindo Fontes. After 63 minutes, Benedito de Souza made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Templarios's Fábio Fonseca tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 72 minutes into the match, Templarios's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Marinho came free, but Fábio Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Dudu Pena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fábio Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sorocaba SS's William Toscano got a free kick in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Hugo Marinho notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Templarios's Fábio Fonseca. Fábio Fonseca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Hugo Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, Templarios's Juan de Alcântara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonardo Albuquerque narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lauro Coutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raphael Proença in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fábio Fonseca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hugo Marinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Fábio Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
