Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) XV de Outubro's Cléberson Pimenta started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of XV de Outubro booed when Isajateua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elivélton de Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fellipe de Senna might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rodolfo Lara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fellipe de Senna ran back to his position shaking his head. 19 minutes into the match, XV de Outubro's goal looked a bit too open when Elivélton de Andrade came free, but Artur de Senna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Cléberson Pimenta kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rodolfo Lara. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Rodolfo Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cléberson Pimenta in the 23rd minute of play. In the 30th minute Betão Bertassi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in XV de Outubro's zone, Elivélton de Andrade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artur de Senna came out of the goal and Elivélton de Andrade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléberson Pimenta in the 41st minute of play forced Isajateua's goalkeeper Rodolfo Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cléberson Pimenta struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Rodolfo Lara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for XV de Outubro. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Betão Bertassi made the kick off in the second half. Rodolfo Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fellipe de Senna in the 58th minute of the match. The supporters of Isajateua booed when XV de Outubro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mazinho Loureiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Betão Bertassi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, XV de Outubro's goalkeeper Artur de Senna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Betão Bertassi. Fellipe de Senna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Lara having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Isajateua's goal looked a bit too open when Cléberson Pimenta came free, but Rodolfo Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by Elivélton de Andrade got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a little luck, XV de Outubro's Artur de Senna got control of the ball when Elivélton de Andrade tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 79 played minutes Betão Bertassi rounded XV de Outubro's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. In the 82nd minute, Teodoro da Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artur de Senna made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Elivélton de Andrade sent off a good shot on target. If Deivid Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 92 played minutes XV de Outubro got a freekick which was hit by Jeferson Toledo. Elivélton de Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Artur de Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
