Fernandão Magalhães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodriguinho de Lara having to interfere. Isaltino Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodriguinho de Lara having to interfere. Rodriguinho de Lara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandão Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodriguinho de Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernandão Magalhães in the 62nd minute of play. A collision led to Vermelhas AD getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Edu Rosa hit a great ball. Vermelhas AD's Rodriguinho de Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernandão Magalhães in the 64th minute of play. If Fernandão Magalhães had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Vermelhas AD booed when Xavantina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Cardozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaltino Cabral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Rodriguinho de Lara made a huge save. Rodriguinho de Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernandão Magalhães in the 83rd minute of the match.
