Hermínio Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaltino Lago in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Lupus Uxx booed when Peruje EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chicão Simão didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Ademar Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peruje EC's Hermínio Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaltino Lago in the 21st minute of play. If Isaltino Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cipriano Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Lucas Salles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cipriano Marques in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucas Salles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Cipriano Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peruje EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Marques was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Salles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lupus Uxx's goalkeeper Lucas Salles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Virgílio Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lupus Uxx's Lucas Salles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Lupus Uxx from getting a goal against them. If Isaltino Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isaltino Lago was the one to do the kick off. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peruje EC's Hermínio Vaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Peruje EC from getting a goal against them. 89 minutes into the game, Cipriano Marques cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Lucas Salles was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 93 minutes into the game, Virgílio Guerra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Peruje EC fully deserved thier win.
